  Michael’s experience in advertising and marketing covers 26 years

Michael spent the first 3-1/2 years after college in radio sales & research

On January 7, 1980 he moved on to GMS Advertising, Inc. At GMS Advertising, he managed the day-to-day operations of a small full service-advertising firm

After a short stint as Director of Advertising for Rosa & Sullivan, Michael left to join forces with Michael Lambers in January 1991 to help form MARCOM Management Group

Michael has his B.S. in Communications from Ithaca College and a M.B.A. from the Rochester Institute of Technology, with concentrations in Marketing Research and Management & Leadership 

Michael is also an adjunct professor at Monroe Community College where he teaches advertising,business, and marketing courses

Mike has over 20 years in advertising, marketing and account supervision

He started his career as a radio salesperson for WHAM. Within two years he was promoted to Local Sales Manager

In 1984 Mike was again promoted to the position of General Sales Manager for WHAM and its sister station, WHFM. His responsibilities were for national, regional, & local sales for both stations

In 1987 Mike took a position as Director of Sales for Target Vision, an electronic information/delivery systems company

Mike first entered the agency business as a Vice President at Kircher & Associates, an aggressive mid-size firm specializing in the food and beverage industry

In January 1991, MARCOM Management Group was started

Mike attended Findlay College (class of 1975) where he majored in Marketing
